The meeting was
called to order by Rodney Waugh.
The club is 50 years old
Over the year we have had star parties

· May25- star party Elkview MS
· June 13-20 4-H’ers
· The Greenbank Starquest was very successful

· October BWF- Speaker NASA
· Nov.
· Rewired the Observatory
The vote for next month’s annual meeting was for it to be held at La Sha's
Rodney passed out the bylaws for us to read.
Chuck read the Treasurer report for Rick.
December 29 our CD matures, we will roll it over and add $1500 to our savings.
More dues in January.
Rodney- The club expenses are usually about $1,000-$1,500 a year
Joe Gonzalez spoke about Greenbank 2008- July 2,3,4,5
This year they are going to cap the registrants at 200
Joe has advertising for Starquest V worked out with various magazines and other astro clubs
Rodney takes nominations for officers to be elected at the annual meeting.
